While I recognize the importance of sustainability in strong cash on cash returns and cap rates, I also believe a primary concern of this business is ensuring the properties are safe and enjoyable residencies for the families that lease them. It is important to me that my tenants are as proud to consider my properties a place to call home as I am to present them with quality housing.
